Japan Is Not Pacific State: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, May 1 (KCNA) -- Japan has long covered the path of military expansion deceiving the international community under the mask of a "pacific state". However, it is now putting off the mask.

The "three principles of arms export" which Japan advertised as the emblem of "pacific state" is becoming defunct.

Minju Joson Tuesday runs a bylined commentary in this regard.

By rendering ineffective the "three principles of arms export" Japan seeks to step up the moves to make it a military giant and possess military capability conducive to the earliest realization of its ambition for militarist expansion overseas, the commentary says, and goes on:

The fundamental softening of the principles will make Japan easily access ultra-modern military hardware with the help of other countries

In case weapons Japan developed with other countries spread to the world's hot-spots of high military tensions, it will no doubt have serious impact on global peace and security.

Japan is emerging a dangerous war force as it takes part in global arms race, harassing world peace and stability.

It is no longer a pacific state and has no interest in peace.

The world should pay attention to this dangerous development and never allow Japan to go military.

The Japanese reactionaries should immediately stop the moves to become a military giant which threaten peace in Asia and other parts of the world, bearing in mind that war will lead to self-destruction.
