UNSC Has No Right to Accuse Satellite Launch: Foreign Groups
Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism denounced the presidential statement of the UNSC accusing the DPRK of launching satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 and expressed support to the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry and the statement of the spokesman for the Korean Committee of Space Technology.

The organization in its statement on April 19 said the UNSC has neither ground nor right to find fault with the DPRK over its satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

The above-said presidential statement reflects the ulterior design of powers including the U.S. to oppose the DPRK's development of science and technology and its growing national power from A to Z, noted the statement.

The U.S. suspended even the already promised process of food aid under the pretext of satellite launch, the statement noted, adding this was a wanton violation of the February 29 agreement and its undisguised abrogation.

On the same day the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association expressed their support for the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry issued in denunciation of the presidential statement of the UNSC.

The organizations in their statement said it is an inviolable sovereign right for the DPRK to steadily push ahead with its space development program.

It voiced support for the DPRK's declaration that it would no longer be bound to the February 29 DPRK-U.S. agreement.
