The Lee Myung Bak group of south Korea committed such a grave provocation as hurting again the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK in April when the whole world was in a festive mood for celebrating the Day of the Sun, the statement said, and went on:

President Kim Il Sung's revolutionary career and feats are recognized by the world.

The whole mankind grandly celebrated the centenary of his birth.

The Lee group, hordes of vicious reactionaries in the grip of isolation, defamed the celebrations of the 100th Day of the Sun. This was a grave crime as it touched off the resentment of not only the Korean people but of the world progressives and the international community.

The Lee group of traitors will not be able to escape punishment as it dared hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK in pursuance of permanent division and anti-reunification policy.

The Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea and the Peruvian people support the statement of a spokesman for the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army and the statement of the DPRK government, political parties and organizations which condemned the Lee group of traitors for its provocations.
