The statement said the sovereignty and the right to self-determination of the Cuban people should be respected and the U.S. has to immediately lift the inhumane blockade against Cuba in economy, trade and finance.

Cuba has absolute and irrefutable right to take part in the summit of the Organization of American States, the statement said, adding if Cuba is not invited there, ALBA nations will never participate in it.
