Chilean FM Blames US for Hindering Regional Unity

| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- Chilean Foreign Minister Alfredo Moreno Monday bitterly denounced the U.S. for hindering the unity of regional countries. The United States rejected Cuba's participation in any future OAS summits, he said, branding this as the absurd acts blocking the unity of regional countries. The United States hindered any possibility of reaching a consensus at the Americas regional summit, he added. |
