Colombian President Calls for End of Cold War Policy on Cuba

| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos in his address at a regional meeting on Apr. 14 urged the U.S. to adopt a new policy toward Cuba, ending the decades-old practice of isolation, embargo and indifference. "We remain tied to a policy from the Cold War, which has been over for years," Santos said. |
