Present there were Chief Vice-chairman Ho Jong Man, vice-chairmen, advisors and directors of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), permanent advisor and director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, officials of central organizations of Chongryon, enterprises, headquarters and chapters of Chongryon in Kanto, Koreans and youth and students in Japan.

Ho Jong Man in his report said that upholding Kim Jong Un at the top post of the DPRK is a great auspicious event by which the ardent desire and unanimous wishes of the Koreans were realized, lauding it as a historic event which solemnly declared the victorious advance of new 100 years of Juche era in Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

He praised Kim Jong Un as peerlessly great man who has carried forward the tradition of Mt. Paektu with his extraordinary wisdom, outstanding leadership and noble virtues, and great statesman possessed of prominent leadership ability.

Saying that Kim Jong Un is not only great leader of Chongryon but benevolent father of Chongryon officials and compatriots, he noted that the Juche-oriented movement of Korean residents in Japan initiated by President Kim Il Sung and developed in depth by General Secretary Kim Jong Il would shed brighter rays along with new 100 years of Juche era as it is led by Kim Jong Un.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
