Present there were Ho Jong Man, chief vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), its vice-chairmen, advisors and directors, the permanent advisor and director of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, leading officials of central organizations and enterprises, officials of the Headquarters and chapters of Chongryon in Kanto, Koreans in Japan and teachers and students of Joson University.

Ho Jong Man in a report praised the President as the most distinguished great statesman in the 20th century and founder of socialist Korea as he founded the immortal Juche idea, expounded all the theoretical and practical matters arising in the revolution and construction in a unique manner and built on this land an invincible power, independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence.

It was thanks to the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Il that a steady continuity was given to the President's revolutionary history, the 100-year history of Juche decorated as annals of great victory and a bright prospect for the new century of Juche opened, he said, and went on:

The Juche cause and the movement of Koreans in Japan pioneered by the President and carried forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Il have entered a new historical stage under the guidance of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, another great man of Mt. Paeku.

It is the greatest fortune of the people in the homeland, Chongryon and Koreans in Japan that the Koreans were led by the two great men Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in the past century of Juche era and that they are now led by another peerlessly great man Kim Jong Un in the new century of Juche era.

The reporter expressed the pledge to firmly preserve the Juche-based line of the movement of Koreans in Japan indicated by the President and patriotic spirit instilled by Kim Jong Il, thus dynamically advancing the patriotic movement in the new century of Juche era.
