Korean People, Delighted at Kim Jong Un's Election as NDC First Chairman

| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- The Fifth Session of the 12th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea elected the dear respected Kim Jong Un as first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission (NDC). The election has greatly delighted the people throughout the country. Jong Ki Yong, a worker of the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, told KCNA: "Kim Jong Un's election as NDC first chairman is another great fortune of the Korean people. We are blessed with great leaders generation after generation." Kim Jong Hwa, a teacher of Kim Il Sung University, said: "The election represents the deepest trust of all the Korean people in Kim Jong Un. Thanks to his energetic Songun leadership, the DPRK is dynamically advancing along the road of victory. No force in the world can match the strength of the Korean people closely rallied around him." |
