Materials Donated by Chinese Organizations

| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- Materials were donated by the visiting delegation of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the China-Korea Friendship Association for the work to preserve with best care the area around the statues of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill. A donating ceremony took place on Saturday. Prior to it, members of the delegation laid a floral basket before the statues before paying tribute to them. Attending the ceremony were members of the delegation headed by Wu Donghe, chairman of the China-Korea Friendship Association, Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, and officials concerned. A certificate of donation was conveyed at the end of the speeches. |
