WPK Secretary Meets Foreign Party Leaders

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- Choe Thae Bok, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Thursday separately met and conversed with foreign party delegation and leaders. Among them were the delegation of the Socialist Party of Romania headed by Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the Party, Andy Brooks, general secretary of the C.C., the New Communist Party of Britain, and his party and Harpal Brar, chairman of the C.C, the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist).

They asked Choe Thae Bok to convey their congratulations to the dear respected Kim Jong Un upon his election as first secretary of the WPK at its Fourth Conference.

The progressive parties were greatly inspired by the achievements made by the WPK under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, general secretary Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, they said.

They voiced their willingness to boost exchange with the WPK and extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people in their just cause of peace and the reunification of the country.
