They were handed over to Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Gak, minister of the People's Armed Forces, on Thursday by Nguyen Van Lich, military attache of the Vietnamese embassy who is the head of the corps.

Meanwhile, congratulatory letters to Kim Jong Un from military attaches of Vietnam, Cuba, Iran, Russia and Egypt and the military, naval and air attache of China were conveyed to official concerned on the same day.
