Iran Warns U.S. against Deploying MD

Tehran, April 8 (KCNA) -- The minister of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics of Iran on April 6 warned the U.S. against deploying a missile defense system (MD) in the region of the Persian Gulf.

He said the U.S. moves would only result in bigger instability in the region.

Noting the Iranian government has resolutely rejected such U.S. attempts, he appealed to the countries of the Persian Gulf not to take part in the MD plan backed by the U.S. and Zionist regime.
