Rodong Sinmun Urges U.S. to Behave Itself
Pyongyang, April 6 (KCNA) -- The U.S. recently shipped a Striker armored car unit into south Korea, kicking off an odd military racket of opening it to media.

Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is aimed to give a shot in the arm of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in the grip of a serious political crisis.

The U.S. would be well advised to get rid of reckless war vertigo and behave itself, the commentary warns, and goes on:

It seeks to boost the morale of the group through various demonstrations of military muscle and joint military exercises. This is nothing but an act of egging it to provoke the DPRK as it pleases, counting on the U.S. backing.

These moves are very dangerous acts of pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula to an extreme phase of confrontation and war.

The situation on the peninsula is getting strained as the days go by due to the U.S. provocative acts in the wake of the DPRK's announcement of its plan for scientific and technological satellite launch. The U.S. is kicking up a row, terming the DPRK's projected satellite launch as a missile launch and a "violation." In collusion with south Korea and Japan and other allies, the U.S. is making much fuss, letting spy planes fly and dispatching Aegis warships and making preparations for intercepting the rocket.

The situation goes to prove that the U.S. is set to deliberately strain the situation and instigate the south Korean puppet forces to ignite another Korean war.

The U.S. warlike forces are now busy creating fear of crisis and horror among people, asserting that the debris of the rocket used by the DPRK for launching a satellite may fall over one of Southeast Asian countries and island countries in the Pacific. This is part of the preparations for provoking a war against the DPRK and a farce to whip up war atmosphere.

However, everything will never happen as intended by the U.S.

A new war on the Korean Peninsula will do the U.S. nothing good.
