DPRK Proves Successful in World Women's Ice Hockey Event

| Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- The DPRK team won the title of the Group A Championship of the Second Division of the 2012 World Women's Ice Hockey which has been under way in Slovenia since March 25. The DPRK defeated Slovenia 3:1, Hungary 5:4, Croatia 11:1 and New Zealand 7:1. It trounced Australia 7:0 in the final match. The DPRK was qualified to play in Group B of the first division. |
