Strong Protest against Nuclear Security Summit Launched in S. Korea
Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- A rally was held at the plaza of Seoul Railway Station on Monday to denounce the south Korean puppet regime for kicking up anti-DPRK nuclear racket and war confrontation moves.

More than 5 000 people from all walks of life including workers, peasants, youth and students took part in it.

At the rally the speakers accused the "government" authorities of bringing dark clouds of war to hang over Korea with the "Nuclear Security Summit" as an occasion while inflicting sufferings upon the common people by driving them to the streets.

After the Cheonan warship incident the authorities have shipped into south Korea lots of weapons for aggression from the U.S. and are now rendering the situation tense by kicking up such anti-DPRK racket as the "Nuclear Security Summit", the speakers said.

The Lee Myung Bak "government" should be forced to step down, they noted, adding they would turn the forthcoming general election into a trial of judging the Lee "government" and "Saenuri Party."

At the end of the rally they staged a demonstration holding the slogan-boards reading "Myung Bak, Step down" and "Oppose the Nuclear Security Summit".
