Dvorkovich said the trade and investment cooperation within BRICS has been lagged behind the level of their political interactions.

"Changing this situation will be a priority for Russia within BRICS," he added.

"It is necessary to conduct closer cooperation between the scientific and research centers of all BRICS countries to jointly develop technological platforms," he stressed.
