Prevailing on this land is such a dangerous situation that any trifling accidental incident can lead to a war in a minute. But the Lee Myung Bak group is persisting in its madcap confrontation racket.

This is aimed at escaping the people's judgment in the forthcoming general election, the statement noted, urging the authorities to cancel all provocative plans, though belatedly.

The statement warned that in case the reckless confrontation racket leads to a war, the authorities will be held fully accountable for the ensuing consequences.
