U.S. Political Circle Plagued by Scandals
Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- The political field of the U.S. is plagued by all sorts of scandals.

The corruptive nature of the U.S. political arena has been brought to light with the recent revelation of a series of scandals.

Politicians who declared to run for presidency on Republican Party ticket this year have faced a flurry of censure as scandals about them broke out.

Mitt Romney, billionaire ex-governor of Massachusetts State, had hard time finding a clumsy excuse to explain a tax rate granted to him to be lower than the middle class.

During the election campaign he said he had no job, only to be booed. He often took up 10 000 U.S. dollar bet, becoming the laughing stock for paying no heed to the current economic depression.

In an interview with CNN he said there is no need to worry about the beggary as the social "benefits" system is in place in the U.S. His attitude of turning away from the people suffering from extreme hardships of living touched off the anger of the public.

Rick Perry, governor of Texas State, in a live broadcast on a national television let loose a rough remark describing the Turkish leaders as "Islamic terrorists". His remark touched off heated argument about his candidacy for president.

As the Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned in a statement the U.S. Republican Presidential contender Rick Perry for his inappropriate remark, the U.S. issued the statement of the State Department which said the government never agreed with his remark.

Congressman Ron Paul made remarks discriminating against the black and advocated racism auguring the approach of a racial war. He faced the strong social opposition.

Herman Cain had to give up his candidacy as his sexual scandal was disclosed even though he had been leading in the supporting rate.

Ex-speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich was also blamed for his stained private life.
