Lee Myung Bak Accused of Using Nuclear Security Summit for Anti-DPRK Confrontation
Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak recently blustered the "nuclear security summit would play an important role in garnering support of the international community for the denuclearization of the north", talking rubbish that "south Korea is not free from the threat of nuclear terrorism as it faces the north".

Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

Lee's remarks brought to light his plot to use the Seoul "summit" as a platform for international cooperation for an anti-DPRK nuclear racket by bringing the "north's nuclear issue" up for discussion at the "summit."

The south Korean people's constant horror and uneasiness about a nuclear war were caused by the Lee Myung Bak regime's row for the confrontation between the north and the south and its moves to provoke a war against the north.

The south Korean puppet forces had already worked out a dangerous scenario to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK in collusion with the United States. No one can tell when this will be put into practice. This is precisely a threat of nuclear terrorism.

Moreover, the "nuclear security summit" is a forum for discussing the security of nuclear substance and facilities. The "nuclear issue of the north" raised by the puppet forces is not on the agenda of the "summit," much less being an issue to be discussed.

The outbursts let loose by the traitor clearly indicate that his barometer of "nuclear security" is not peace and security of the world but a wild ambition to escalate the confrontation.

There is terminology about the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, not the "denuclearization of the north."

Moreover, the nuclear issue of the peninsula has nothing to do with the issue of nuclear security as it is set to be settled through the six-party talks.

Lee Myung Bak would be well advised to stop talking nonsense that only invites derision and denunciation at home and abroad.
