Newspapers of France Introduce Unhasu Orchestra as Promising
Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- French newspapers carried articles introducing the successful performance given by the Unhasu Orchestra of the DPRK in Paris.

The March 15th issue of Figaro said: The Unhasu Orchestra of the DPRK is a promising orchestra and its musicians have high skills though they are in their 20s.

The concert master's violin solo was highly acclaimed by the audience for his skills and graceful melody.

The orchestral music "Arirang" jointly played by the DPRK Unhasu Orchestra and the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra of France deeply impressed the audience.

The March 16th issue of Monde said: Most of the members of the DPRK Unhasu Orchestra are talented instrumentalists in their 20s and it is recognized as a promising orchestra with high skills.

The orchestra successfully played not only Korean music but foreign music.

The duet of kayagum and haegum, Korean traditional musical instruments, in particular, deeply impressed French audience.

In the Part 2 of the concert instrumentalists of the DPRK and France successfully played the orchestra music "Brams Concertos," winning applause from the audience.
