Indeed, Kim Jong Il was an incarnation of humanity.

Kim Myong Ae, a daughter-in-law of Kim Sun Ok who was a Korean woman in China related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, said that Kim Jong Il was a kind-hearted father of the people. She noted:

Kim Jong Il made sure that the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong and the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery were built splendidly so that martyrs might always be remembered.

This is an expression of his profound love and trust in the martyrs and their bereaved families.
