Rodong Sinmun S. Korean Saenuri Party's Moves to Revive "Yusin" Dictatorship Blasted
Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- The gentry of south Korea's Saenuri Party are eulogizing the "Yusin" dictator, sparking public anger, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in a bylined article.

This is a blatant challenge to the south Koreans' desire for independence, democracy and reunification, the paper says, and goes on:

Traitor Park Chung-hee who seized power at gunpoint backed by the U.S. earned an ill fame as a matchless fascist executor.

He was engrossed in acts of treachery while brandishing the fascist stick as a means for suppressing the people who stood for independence, democracy and reunification until he was shot to death by his close confidant.

The cursed history of treachery should never be allowed to repeat itself. This is a desire of the south Koreans.

The desire has now been seriously mocked by the acts of treachery on the side of the Saenuri Party.

The party is like a poisonous mushroom that grew from the roots of "Yusin" dictatorship. The clan is now calling for "reform" and "change" while blaming their crimes on traitor Lee Myung Bak who is more dead than alive.

The revival of "Yusin" dictatorship will turn the clock of history back to the medieval dark age.

No matter how desperately the south Korean conservative group may try to distort history and whitewash it, it can never erase the bitter lesson enshrined in the minds of the people.
