Highly Radioactive Substance Detected in U.S.

| Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- Highly radioactive substance was recently detected in a place near Los Angeles, the U.S. where a nuclear installation once stood, sparking off furor. The U.S. Environment Protection Agency said on March 8 radioactive cesium of about 7,300 Bq per 1 kg of soil, close to 1,000 times of tolerable level, was found in the site. |
