Preparatory Committee for Commemorating Birth Anniversary Formed in Russia

| Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for commemorating the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung was formed with due ceremony in Vladivostok, Russia on March 9. At the inaugural ceremony Anatoli Dolgachev, chairman of the Far Eastern Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Policy of Russia, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize diverse events including remembrance session, meeting and film show on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
