Abbas Condemns Israeli Raid on West Bank TVs

| Pyongyang, March 3 (KCNA) -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday condemned an Israeli raid at the headquarters of two local television stations in the West Bank. "This is a flagrant aggression against freedom of information and expression," Abbas said in a brief statement. On the same day Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said, "This is part of the aggressive policy of the Israeli occupation that it practices daily against the Palestinian people," accusing Israel of working to "strike the Palestinian National Authority." |
