U.S. Can Not Stifle DPRK by Force and Psychological Warfare: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, March 3 (KCNA) -- Neither "pressure" nor psychological warfare on the part of the U.S. will ever work on the DPRK, says Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a bylined commentary.

The on-going Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises are extremely huge in their scale. The ulterior aim sought by the U.S. through the unprecedentedly huge saber-rattling is to chill the hard-won atmosphere for dialogue and browbeat the DPRK by force, the paper says, and goes on:

The U.S. is trying to secure concession and benefit favorable for it at the talks by militarily pressing the DPRK outside the conference room through the military drills.

The strategic design of the U.S. is not only to stifle the DPRK but to militarily encircle and restrain its neighboring countries and thus pave the way for realizing its ambition of dominating the world.

The U.S. general goal is to stifle the DPRK by force and psychological warfare and use it as a bridgehead from which to invade its neighboring countries and realize the ambition of dominating the world.

But this sinister design can never come true.

It is nothing but a foolish daydream that the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers dare try to attack the DPRK, a country that has unswervingly followed the path of Songun for decades in the spirit of defending the leadership at the cost of life in anticipation of such a grave situation as now.

The DPRK is fully ready for both dialogue and war. If the enemies are really set to make showdown with the DPRK by using force and psychological warfare, the army and people of the DPRK will mobilize all its powerful deterrent force to wipe out the aggressors and those who hurt the supreme leadership of the DPRK.
