The bulletin in an article said "On the Juche Idea" published by Kim Jong Il on March 31, 1982 is a work which comprehensively deals with the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and it was carried by many publications of over 90 countries in the world and published in booklet in 144 countries in less than one year after it was published.

Prominent personages of the world praised the work as a "new Communist Manifesto in the 80s of the 20th century" and the "first philosophy textbook which gave lucid answers to the issue of human emancipation for the first time", the bulletin noted.

It can be said that the past 30 years since the publication of the work were the days when the scientific accuracy, truth and vitality of the Juche idea have been clearly demonstrated, it stressed.

Through its reality the DPRK clearly showed the international community how great the Juche idea is, it said.

Kim Jong Il's work "On the Juche Idea" is important guidelines to be held fast to not only by the Korean people but by the people of all countries aspiring after independence, it added.
