New Documentaries Produced in DPRK
Pyongyang, February 29 (KCNA) -- "The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il will always be alive in the hearts of people" (Volumes 1 and 2), Part 1 of the documentary "The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il will be immortal", was produced in the DPRK.

The documentaries show historic scenes of the DPRK army and people bidding last farewell to the fatherly leader in bitterest grief over his sudden loss, demonstrating the single-minded unity unprecedented in history.

They show all the service personnel and people overcome with grief over the sad news that leader Kim Jong Il passed away on December 17, 2011 to their sorrow so suddenly and so early.

They also contain scenes showing overseas Koreans visiting the homeland to mourn the passing of the benevolent father and the prominent leader of the nation.

There are in the documentaries scenes showing diplomatic envoys of foreign countries and representatives of international bodies, members of the military attaches corps and foreign personages visiting the bier of Kim Jong Il to pay their last respects in deep reverence for him.

They show the state funeral and millions of citizens and service personnel in bitter grief along the routes extending over 40km.

Every scene of the documentaries represents the conviction and will of the revolutionary ranks of Songun to advance along the road of socialism led to victory by President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

The documentaries were screened at the People's Palace of Culture in Pyongyang on Wednesday.

Among the audience were senior officials of the party and the state, officials of party and power organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions and working people in the city.
