Korean People's Just Struggle Supported by Vietnamese Vice-President
Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the DPRK-Vietnam Friendship Association headed by Kim Chang Il, DPRK ambassador to Vietnam, on Feb. 23 paid a courtesy call on Nguyen Thi Doan, vice-president of Vietnam.

The vice-president said: I express deep condolences again over the demise of leader Kim Jong Il on behalf of the state of Vietnam.

I am convinced that the Korean people will surely carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Kim Jong Il under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

I believe that the party and state of the DPRK will win victory in the struggle to usher in a heyday in building a thriving socialist nation in 2012, the year full of important political events including the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung and the 70th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il.

I sincerely wish the Korean people greater successes in the struggle to build and defend the country and achieve the reunification of the country, rallied around Kim Jong Un.

The relations between Vietnam and the DPRK are the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation personally provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and Vietnam will value them and make every possible effort to boost them.

I, on behalf of the party and state of Vietnam, express sincere thanks to the party and people of the DPRK for positively supporting and encouraging Vietnam in its struggle for anti-U.S. national salvation, the reunification of the country and socialist construction.

I reiterate the invariable support of the party and state of Vietnam for the just struggle of the Korean people to build socialism and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
