| Pyongyang, February 24 (KCNA) -- The Kuwait-DPRK Friendship Association and the Kuwaiti Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the 70th Birth Anniversary of general secretary Kim Jong Il jointly carried the short biography of leader Kim Jong Il in a bulletin on Feb. 15, a day before his birth anniversary. The bulletin carried a portrait of a smiling Kim Jong Il. |
