KCNA Snubs Lee Myung Bak Group's Talk about Dialogue
Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet group is now free to let loose a spate of rigmaroles, lost to shame. The minister of Unification of south Korea, addressing a recent meeting of lawmakers from ruling and opposition parties, talked about the "resumption of south-north dialogue" in mid-April.

He said the north is not in a position to negotiate with the Lee Myung Bak "government" without conditions but "the instability of its system" is compelling it to put on hold a decision to have a dialogue with the south.

Tight-cornered at home and abroad, the Lee group has been busy putting on airs and making eyes at the north. It has gone the lengths of daring hurt its dignity.

This is a clear indication that the group's ill nature and bad habit can never change unless it meets its end.

Its behavior amounts to a blatant provocation intended to hold the DPRK responsible for the frozen north-south relations, pursuant to its "waiting strategy" aimed at leading it to a change.

In a statement of its National Defence Commission on Dec. 30 last year, the DPRK clarified its principled stand that it would never deal with the Lee group as it is bereft of even elementary ethics and morality as human beings.

On Feb. 2 this year the DPRK sent the south Korean authorities nine open questionnaires which reflected the will of its army and people. In these questionnaires it strongly urged them to give clear answers to them if they truly want dialogue.

In the wake of this development, strong voices are heard from different circles in south Korea urging the puppet government to apologize and repent of things it had done to bring the inter-Korean relations to a total collapse.

The "Grand National Party" on which Lee Myung Bak counted also called for totally bolting from him while urging his defection from the party and resignation. It kicked up such a row as reshaping the "keynote of its north policy" and changing its name.

In the meantime, media of south Korea are following every move of the group and deriding it, as it is even seeking a roundabout method to resume dialogue even after being deprived of every justification for negotiating with the DPRK.

The Lee group is vehemently rebuffed by the south Korean public.

It is ridiculous, indeed, for the group to trumpet about "resumption of dialogue" as it is completely isolated.

The group of traitors is sadly mistaken if it calculates it can cover up the anti-reunification and traitorous nature of the joint nuclear war maneuvers it is going to stage with outside forces and hold the upcoming "general election" in its favor through its publicity stunt of "dialogue."

Clear is the stance of the DPRK.

The Lee group can neither be a dialogue partner of the DPRK nor expect any dialogue as long as it declines to give answers to the questionnaires.

Its "waiting strategy" will only precipitate its political ruin.
