Traffic Mishap by GI's Wife in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- A family member of the U.S. forces in south Korea brought about a traffic accident in Jamsil-dong, Songpha District, Seoul on Feb. 3 while driving in a drunken state. The offender rammed at a citizen's car running beside her and was arrested after trying to escape. But, the police did not give any punishment to her under the south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement". This unequal and humiliating agreement makes GIs and their families in south Korea commit all sorts of crimes without reserve while behaving as extraterritorial beings. |
