| Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Cristian Diaconescu upon his appointment as foreign minister of Romania. Expressing belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to develop in mutual interests, the message wished him success in his new job. |
