S. Korean Regime Condemned for Anti-DPRK Fabrication
Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- With the true story about the sinking of the south Korean navy vessel "Cheonan" carried in some newspapers, people of the DPRK are expressing great indignation at the south Korean regime for having fabricated the incident.

In this regard, KCNA interviewed Kim Nam Chol, an officer of the Korean People's Army, and Ri Hak Min, a cameraman of the Korean Documentary and Science Film Studio.

Kim Nam Chol: Donald Gregg, ex-ambassador of the U.S. to south Korea, said the allegation that the vessel was "attacked by north Korea's torpedo" is unbelievable.

His remark is based on the Russian fact-finding team's statement that a net got twisted round the vessel's propeller blade, causing the vessel's collision with a mine.

The Lee Myung Bak regime knew well about the happening, but abused it for confrontation with the DPRK and for the sake of U.S. strategic interests.

Those who used to charge the DPRK with such fabrications will have to pay dearly for their anti-DPRK campaign.

Ri Hak Min: Gregg also said if the real story is made public, the south Korean regime and the Obama Administration will get into trouble.

He compared the "Cheonan" incident with the Gulf of Bac Bo incident, saying the U.S. made a mistake.

In the 1960s the U.S. dispatched a warship to the gulf and committed a military provocation to expand the war against Vietnam.

The south Korean regime, as the U.S. did, is blaming the DPRK for the deteriorated situation of the Korean peninsula.
