Minju Joson S. Korean Minister of Unification's Rigmaroles Slammed
Pyongyang, January 17 (KCNA) -- The DPRK declared that it would never deal with the traitors' group. As regards this declaration, Ryu U Ik, puppet minister of Unification of south Korea, uttered it was "regretful" and "accusation distorting the good will." He went the lengths of impudently advising the north to "make a good choice rather than a bad one." Touring here and there, he talked nonsense about "building of a channel of dialogue" and "unlimited consultation."

Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

By what he uttered he meant south Korea expressed "good will" during the mourning over the big loss to the nation and it still stands for inter-Korean dialogue and improved relations. These are nothing but jargons let loose by the puppet gang which defies any criticism and feels unashamed.

The commentary says:

Ryu U Ik issued a statement to the effect that the authorities would not express official condolences and disallow any condolatory visit by people of various strata except Ri Hui Ho, widow of Kim Dae Jung, former president of south Korea, and Hyon Jong Un, chairwoman of the Hyundai Group of south Korea. When the widow of the former president Roh Moo Hyun, expressed her intention to pay a similar visit, he insisted he could not allow it, claiming it was not a "return visit." He barred political parties, organizations and people of all social strata of south Korea from paying condolatory visits under the pretext that "they were contrary to principle" and "division of the national opinion". Moreover, the gentry of his ministry even prevented members of the south side in the Kaesong Industrial Zone from visiting the mourning station and deleted such expressions as "demise, condolences and mourning" from the condolatory messages of south Koreans to the north.

Ryu seeks to mislead the public opinion at home and abroad with plausible words, describing the group's crimes against ethics as "good will".

These crimes committed by the group have already brought the north-south relations to a total collapse. Clearly stating once again, the service personnel and people of the DPRK will never deal with the group of traitors, no matter how vociferously it may trumpet about "building of a channel of dialogue" and "unlimited consultation".
