| Pyongyang, January 14 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Friday sent a congratulatory message to Jose Manuel Garcia upon his appointment as foreign minister of Spain. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop on good terms and wished him success in his new job. |
