Kim Jong Suk's Marksmanship Introduced by Regional Organization
Pyongyang, January 12 (KCNA) -- The International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions posted an article titled "Comrade Kim Jong Suk's marksmanship" on its Internet homepage on Jan. 4.

Anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk was known well as a legendary markswoman, the article said, and went on:

She acquired admiring marksmanship by undergoing tenacious training with burning hatred.

She accurately hit targets with any arms under any conditions.

The woman commander of Mt. Paektu came first in a shooting contest among members of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army at a training base in March 1944 and President Kim Il Sung awarded a small pistol to her as citation, the article said.

She, possessed of marksmanship as a crack shot, defended Kim Il Sung at the risk of her life in each battlefield and greatly contributed to the victory of battles, it noted.
