Operation of U.S. Air Force Base in Kyrgyzstan Rejected

| Pyongyang, January 6 (KCNA) -- Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev in a recent press conference clarified his country's stand of resolutely rejecting the operation of the U.S. military base in its territory. Strongly demanding the Manas base of the U.S. air force be unconditionally dismantled till 2014, he declared that the continued operation of the base is very dangerous and there is no need to keep any U.S. force base in the country. He stressed that Kyrgyzstan can never allow the operation of the U.S. force base in its territory as it may threaten it. |
