Indian Party Leader Meets DPRK Ambassador
Pyongyang, January 4 (KCNA) -- Debabrata Biswas, general secretary of the Central Committee of the All-India Forward Bloc, met with Rim Hoe Song, DPRK ambassador to India, on Dec. 31 last year.

The general secretary said that the untimely demise of Kim Jong Il, the distinguished leader of the Korean people, is a great loss to not only the Korean people but the anti-imperialist fighters of the whole world.

Kim Jong Il firmly defended socialism, meeting the challenges of the imperialists with his iron grit, thus setting a model for the parties aspiring after socialism and the anti-imperialist fighters, he noted.

He went on: The All-India Forward Bloc gained strength and courage from the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people unswervingly keeping to its path under the leadership of Kim Jong Il. The DPRK is a symbol of inspiration for the Bloc.

Expressing belief that the Korean people will build a thriving socialist nation and certainly accomplish the cause of national reunification under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, he stressed that the Bloc will extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people.
