S. Korean Regime Censured for Anti-DPRK Acts

Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- Pyongyang citizens have strongly denounced the south Korean regime for what it did during the mourning period in the DPRK.

Sin Yong Myong, 47, a worker of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex, expressed full support for the statement of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK issued on Friday, saying:

"We will never pardon the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors for having instigated reactionary organizations to scatter leaflets hurting the dignity of the DPRK supreme leadership and calling for disturbance at the time of the nation's great misfortune. Such an act can be perpetrated only by hooligans who have refused to be members of the Korean nation."

Kim Un Sil, 29, a peasant of the Sosin Vegetable Co-op Farm in Ryokpho District, said, "The tears shed by our people over the nation's great loss will turn to retaliatory fire burning up all the traitors."

Pak Chol, 27, a student of Kim Chaek University of Technology, condemned the group of traitors for linking the "final responsibility" for the warship "Cheonan" sinking and shelling on Yonphyong Island with the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

"They have to pay dearly for their heinous crime," he said.
