Russian Personages Visit DPRK Missions

Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- Russian personages visited DPRK missions in Russia to mourn the demise of leader Kim Jong Il from Dec. 20 to 26.

Among them were officials of the Supreme Court, the General Department of the International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense, Agency for Support and Coordination of Russian Participation in International Humanitarian Operations of the Ministry of Extraordinary Situation, Russian Aerial Transport Administration, Institute of the Far East of the Russian Academy of Sciences, mission of the Foreign Ministry in Vladivostok, Administration of Maritime Territory, Nakhodka City Administration, Khabarovsk City Administration, Young Communist League, Interior Bureau of Nakhodka City, Academy Ensemble of the Interior Unit of the Russian Ministry of Interior, Far Eastern State University, Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory, Tynda City Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of the Russian Philosophy Association, Russia-Korea Children's Friendship Association Named after Kim Jong Il of 11th Middle School in Khabarovsk City, Gazprom and the Russian Railways Company.

The visitors laid wreaths, floral baskets and flowers before portraits of Kim Jong Il and expressed deep condolences.

They made entries in the mourners' book.

Vice-President of the Supreme Court Nechyaev wrote that Kim Jong Il conducted energetic external activities for peace and justice in the world and friendship and solidarity between the Russian Federation and the DPRK.

Neradiko Alexandr, director of the Russian Aerial Transport Administration, expressed belief that the Korean people would overcome pain and sorrow over the loss to the nation and confidently advance along the right way of victory under the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

Meanwhile, the family of internationalist soldier Ya. T. Nobichenko visited a construction company of the DPRK in Novosibirsk and laid a floral basket before the portrait of Kim Jong Il to express condolences.
