Personages of Various Countries Visit DPRK Missions

Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- Personages of various circles of different countries paid condolatory visits to the DPRK missions in their respective countries on Dec. 26 and 27 on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

Among them were the vice-chairman of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces who doubles as the commander of the AA Defense Forces, the vice-minister for Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the secretary of the President's Office of Egypt, the information director-general of the Ministry of Information and the chief of the Group for the Study of Kimjongilism of Guinea, the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Uganda, the chief of staff of the Defence Forces and police inspector general of Rwanda, the director of the Investment Promotion Department of the Investment Promotion Committee and the assistant to the director of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Sports of Nigeria, the secretary general of the Sunbula International Friendship Club of Libya and the acting special assistant to the Brazilian president for international affairs.

They presented wreaths, floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of Kim Jong Il and paid silent tribute.

They expressed profound condolences over the demise of Kim Jong Il and praised him as a distinguished great man in the present age who devoted his life to building a thriving nation and defending socialism.
