S. Korean Regime's Heinous Crime Touches Off Fury in DPRK

Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- The DPRK National Defence Commission released a statement Friday, strongly denouncing the south Korean regime for having committed heinous crimes against the fellow countrymen in the north when they were suffering the great misfortune.

Upon hearing the statement, Choe Hak Su, a workshop head of the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, told KCNA:

"I am incensed by the crimes the south Korean regime committed against the fellow countrymen in the north when they were in deep grief.

The Lee Myung Bak regime has wrecked the relations between the north and the south of Korea and spoiled the atmosphere of reconciliation and cooperation, seeking confrontation with the north. To make matters worse, it had impudence to hurt our dignity and social system again.

Its hysterical deed is proper to those bereft of morality.

The Lee regime should get a clear understanding of the strong will of our army and people closely rallied around our leadership and stop running amuck."

Ha Yong Chol, 50, a peasant of the Ryongsan Co-op Farm in Ryokpho District, Pyongyang, said:

"We can never pardon the Lee Myung Bak regime antagonizing our ideology and social system and seeking confrontation with the north. We agricultural workers will work hard to bring about an upsurge in agricultural production in the spirit of wiping out the group of traitors. We will turn out in annihilating all of them when an opportunity presents itself."
