Foreign Diplomats Visit DPRK Missions

Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- Diplomatic envoys of different countries to the Czech Republic, Sweden, Nepal, Bangladesh, Laos, Iran, India, Myanmar, Democratic Congo, Libya and Guinea paid condolatory visits to the DPRK missions in those countries between Dec. 21 and 27 over the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They observed a moment's silence in memory of the leader.

The Chinese ambassador to the Czech Republic said: We express our deep condolences on the passing of Comrade Kim Jong Il. The Chinese people will always stand by the side of the Korean people.

The Russian ambassador to Nepal said that the Russian people know well how great pain and loss Kim Jong Il's demise is to the Korean people.

The Cuban ambassador to Sweden wrote in the mourners' book that the Cuban people would always remember the support and solidarity he rendered to the Cuban revolution.
