S. Korea Accused of Move to Take Legal Action against South Korean

Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- Hwang Hye Ro, co-representative of the Korea Solidarity for Independent Reunification and Democracy in south Korea, paid a condolatory visit to the north to mourn the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

In this regard, the south Korean authorities are going to take a legal action against Hwang on charge of violation of the notorious "National Security Law".

According to the south Korean CBS on December 26, the prosecution is claiming that Hwang's unlicensed visit to Pyongyang is a violation of the law.

Moreover, it is going to impose a harsh penalty upon her on charge of violation of the law, even taking issue with her visit to the north to take part in the August 15 Pan National Festival for Reunification in 1999 as a representative of the south Korean Federation of University Students Council under the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance of Youth and Students for Korea's Reunification.

The Korean nation will surely judge the unethical fascist action of the puppet group of traitors to unreasonably block the condolatory visits of south Korean organizations to Pyongyang.
