Kim Jong Il Will Always be with Us (4)

Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- An endless crowd of people including residents in Raknang District and Kangnam County bid last farewell to leader Kim Jong Il along the route of Thongil Street from Chungsong Bridge to Raknang Bridge.

They grieved bitterly and missed very much Kim Jong Il, the lodestar of the country's reunification and the father of the nation, as he demised to the people's regret before seeing the day of the country's reunification so much desired by him.

Who could imagine this street overwhelmed with such lamentation over the greatest loss to the nation though it is the place which was alive with the spirit of our nation itself and which resounded with hurrah for independent reunification.

It was Kim Jong Il who rallied all Koreans with his ardent patriotism and broad magnanimity and paved an avenue for national independent reunification, filled with the iron will to implement President Kim Il Sung's last instructions for the country's reunification no matter how often the sky and the earth are overturned.

The last farewell-bidders were overwhelmed with the irrepressible grief as they were paying last respects to Kim Jong Il, peerless patriot, while looking back on the immortal feats he performed for the cause of the country's reunification.

Jong Nam Chol, 45, chairman of the Management Board of the Songnam Cooperative Farm, Raknang District, said:

Kim Jong Il is the great sun of the Korean nation who considered it as his lifelong mission to achieve the country's reunification.

The historic cause of the country's reunification is sure to be accomplished despite any storm and stress under the dear respected Kim Jong Un, who is identical to Kim Jong Il.
