Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- The dear respected Kim Jong Un on Dec. 22 received a message of condolences from Sheikh Ahmad Al Fahad Al Sabah, president of the Asian Olympic Council.

The president in the message expressed heartfelt condolence on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il of the DPRK.

The message hoped that Kim Jong Un will convert pain at the great loss into courage, praying Kim Jong Il's noble soul may rest in eternal peace.

The message expressed belief that the government and the people of the DPRK will continuously thrive under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The message affirmed the council's cooperation and support to the development of the sports of the DPRK, wishing Kim Jong Un great success in his responsible work.
