Setting up of Seoul Incense-burning Altar Proposed

Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- The Association of Victims of "National Security Law" in south Korea proposed setting up an incense-burning altar in Seoul to mourn the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

In a statement the organization said that it is an obligation for the south Koreans to express deep condolences on the demise of Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il.

It will set an incense-burning altar for memorial service for all people in front of the "Taehanmun" in Seoul on Monday now that the "government" disallowed the visit of non-government level group of mourners to Pyongyang, it noted, adding that it would set the incense-burning altar up without fail though police block it.
