Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- Personages of political and social circles in Bangladesh visited the DPRK embassy in Dhaka on Dec. 22 and 23 to mourn over the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They included Dilip Barua, general secretary of the C.C., Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who is minister of Industries, Khaleq Zaman Bhuiyan, general secretary of the C.C., Socialist Party, the deputy inspector-general of the Police Agency and the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Natun Bangla.

They laid wreaths before the portrait of Kim Jong Il and expressed deep condolences.

Meanwhile, ambassadors of Russia, Myanmar, Indonesia and Bhutan to this country paid condolatory visits to the DPRK embassy.
